I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your product. Unfortunately, the quality was far below expectations—it had an unpleasant taste and did not meet basic standards. I am genuinely concerned about how such a product could have passed food safety inspection. This experience has left me with no confidence in your brand, and I will not be purchasing your products again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your quality control measures to ensure other customers do not face the same issue.
Salads used to be good, not anymore. Quality has really declined
Fresh good quality ingredients. Great to have healthy options to buy. Enjoyed the Fresh Frontier salad most.
This is not about the product but more about the factory's behavior in treating its staff. They promise $25/hour but when the payday arrives, what they get is not appropriate. There are so many deductions, even after working 8 hours a day, they are only given a 30 minute break but it is deducted from the salary, and if they work more than 8 hours, their salary will also be deducted.
