I see why they package their potatoes in bags and tell you to cook them in the bag. Hoping you won't get a look at them. These were the most putrid potatoes I have pretty much ever seen. Makes me embarrassed to admit I was raised in NY and had family who were farmers. This produce was absolute crap! Cut out almost as much as I saved for cooking.

Bought two broccoli bunches for my stir fry and they were the freshest tastiest part of the meal. I don’t know what they are doing down at the farm but they are doing something right. I will be buying fresh from the start again!

I recently bought a package of whole carrots with the brand Fresh From the Start. I don't know if I had ever purchased this brand carrots before, but they were awful tasting. Maybe they were not left in the ground long enough or too long. The dog is supposed to eat carrots, and she would not touch them. I would think twice before buying this brand again, but it would only be fair to give them a second chance. Produce from Canada, but distributed by an American firm.

I live in Haverford PA. We purchased strawberries in March from our local acme store. They were absolutely the best strawberries I have ever purchased in a supermarket. They were as fresh as could be. Even the leaves were green and perky. There was not one flawed strawberry. They were shiny and red all over. And to top it all they were large and sweet and flavorful all the way to the top core. I hope our super market continues to stock these. None others have ever compared to fresh from the start.
