Never had this bad experience for a facial. Hot towels were so stinky and it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. She had bunch of stuff rolling on my face and didn’t put any mask and no massage for the face and neck.
I loved my facial at Fresh Face Skin Lab. Joesha explained every step she was doing and did a thorough consultation before starting the treatment.
Joesha is the best esthetician ever, she covers all my needs from a beautiful and healthy skin to a smooth and hairless waxing. She also do my makeup for events what make me feel very beautiful and confident thank you Jojo

Joneisha is super sweet and calming, she went through every product and step and talked about my skin concerns. I felt very relaxed and glowy after my facial. She also gave me a valentines goodie bag of little samples and chocolates which was just so adorable!
