Showed up for a confirmed appointment on Saturday (confirmed on Friday via text and received a reminder text again on Saturday morning) and they were closed. I don't understand how you can confirm an appointment with me then no call/no show. I had a great experience prior to this, but I will not be going back. Really disappointing.
I am a former employee at this business. I have not received my last paycheck from MARCH, or my pto from last year. We have texted Sandi well over a dozen times, no response. We have called and been hung up on, we have left voicemails, no response. I am a college student who relied on this job, and now my parents have had to cover for me. Yes, the staff members I used to work with were AMAZING. Sandi however is not running a fair or sincere establishment. Do NOT support this business.
I've been a client at Fresh Esthetics for a few years now and couldn't be happier with my experience. While I've worked with several different estheticians over the years, I'm currently seeing Sandi herself for dermaplaning and microneedling treatments. Every visit has been absolutely wonderful. The space is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and as someone with sensitive skin, I've never had any reactions to the high-quality products they use.
