One of the worst warehouse check-in experiences I’ve had. The entry procedures are extremely inefficient and make no sense. Drivers are forced to park far away just to get a gate pass, wasting time and creating unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of streamlining the process, the company has created rules that make deliveries more difficult than they need to be. My appointment is at 1 AM 9-10-25 on Thursday morning but I checked in on Wednesday evening.I was lucky so they checked me in early at 6 pm checked out at 9 pm and the young security guy was so nice and helpful
Have 1 am appointment..check in at 8 pm gave me a door pay lumper fees .Quick unloading less than 1 hrs done ..thanks for the team workers
⭐ 1 Star – This Place Should Be Shut Down I checked in at 8:30 AM and didn’t get out until 12:30 AM. Let that sink in: 16 HOURS sitting in a truck, waiting for a dock door. Not to get unloaded. Not for a breakdown. Just to get a door. This is, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional, disorganized, and downright disrespectful warehouse I’ve ever dealt with.
