Pickled carrots, yum! I should have gotten more than two bottles for my week. The buffalo spicey is a bit hot for my pale white pallet but would be good for a salad. I'll be picking up a few carrot sticks jars on Saturday.
Delicious. The crunch is a testament to the freshness. The taste tells you that Fresh Crunch KNOWS how to pickle a vegetable. It was a happenstance encounter at the Reston Farmers Market this weekend and boy are we happy we did. Polished off half the jar already. Definitely can't recommend enough. Great job!
