Had my laser treatment with Zora today, and it was an amazing experience! She was so friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her!

The ladies that work here are very kind, but the laser did not work as expected for me. After 8 sessions only around 60% of my hair was gone, despite following all instructions. Also, a couple patches of hair were completely missed as they don’t use white pencil to mark the areas. I brought up my concerns multiple times that the hair wasn’t shedding very much after my sessions but no changes were made, and no alternatives offered.
