I went in for a delux hydrafacial and decided to add derma-planing once the aesthetician started and recommended it. Firstly they started 20 mins later than my scheduled appointment so when I asked to add derma planing I wanted to make sure they had time to do it. She said they had time no problem as I was the last client of the day. She rushed through the facial and went crazy with extractions around my nose. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I deeply regret ever stepping foot in this place. I started coming to Fresh Canvas last year for laser hair removal, hoping to treat a few stubborn hairs on my chin. I had absolutely no hair on my neck. But during one of my sessions, while I was wearing protective sunglasses, the technician unexpectedly began shaving my neck.
