Costed me a lot due to their incompetency in terms of time, health and money. They doesn’t know even the basics.
[Update] Simran (owner) invited me to validate the review on 10/24. Mitra and Simran (owner) accepted that it's Mitra's mistake and she shouldn't have done Micro-needling RF on Acne. However, there was no concrete actions taken. I'm surprised that the person who did it, and claimed to be most experienced in the clinic and having 20 years of teaching experience, didn't know the basic that micro-needling shouldn't be done on acne. I got my microneedling done here and had a fantastic experience. Mitra was incredible, super welcoming, thorough, and clearly knows her stuff. She walked me through the entire process, explained what to expect, and laid out the after care like a pro. During the treatment she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, A+ service and great customer care. Highly recommend.
