This is usually where I go when I need to get laser done, I got my face and underarms done last time, and when the auntie did my face she lasered off the front piece of my hair on the left side which has left it growing back extremely awkwardly. She did not put a headband on, however i’ve only went to her every time so I didn’t think it was a big deal but I havent gone since this incident. [Update] the owner invited me to validate the review on 10/24. She accepted that it's their mistake and they shouldn't have done RF on acne. However, there was no concrete actions taken on the person. I'm surprised that the person who did it, and claimed to be most experienced in the clinic and having 20 years of teaching experience, didn't know the basic that micro-needling shouldn't be done on acne. I'm still suffering from the pain and my face is pretty messed up due to their lack of expertise. In short - The clinic lacks... read more

Avoid this place, had the worst experience here, team did the micro-needling RF on the acne which ended up spreading the bacteria to whole face. I had to go through multiple treatments to get it fixed.
