Possibly the worst customer service I’ve had in over 10 years, would never buy or trust again. Issue - Purchased snowboard bindings, delivered to wrong address through UPS and had 0 care to assist. Bought late November, saw they were delivered to an unknown address (Not sure how still), put in an investigation w/ UPS to follow protocol, made Fresh Air aware early on to hopefully come to a resolution sooner, not even the slightest attempt to help me. One of the best places in town for gear and bike servicing. They did a full service and repair on my oldish full suspension bike and it rides great. They were transparent about the cost and their recommendations. They have a solid selection of products and manufacturers. I have bought a bunch of gear here, including my helmet at the Dilworth location, and they even price matched a pair of pads for me. Plus, the employees actually engage in outdoor sports making them beneficial to the shopping experience.
I had one of the best customer service experiences of my entire life at the Pandosy location with Noah, one of their reps. I needed to buy a ton of ski equipment, and getting competently fitted for boots was my number one priority. Noah was meticulous in how he measured my feet and assessed me for the right boot. I have two differently sized feet, and Noah found boots with BOA systems that allowed both feet to be fitted PERFECTLY in the boots. If the owner is reading this, Noah is your gold star employee.
