I’ve been a customer of Fresh Air Pandosy for a little over a year. I’ve been treated very well by all the staff and owners. Dave, Marty, Ryan, Adam, and so many others I can’t remember all their names have all been excellent to deal with. They can get busy, but sometimes you have to wait for quality of service and expertise, good things are worth waiting for! We were looking for a low-frame bike for my wife, and he showed us a perfect option. Not only was he super helpful and friendly, but he also went above and beyond—he adjusted and even cut the handlebar so the fit would be just right for her. Brought my e-bike to Fresh Air after trying another shop that couldn’t fix the issues. The technician here did an amazing job—no more weird noises from the rear wheel, chain, or gears! Everything runs perfectly now. A little pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality of work.
Just bought my son his second Trek mountain bike from Fresh Air Kelowna, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Austin and Jonny were incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We ended up choosing the bike close to the end of the day, and they still went above and beyond to get the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) completed so we could take it home the same day.
