Hello, I am quite disappointed with this bike shop. I went there to buy a mountain bike and received excellent advice from the various employees. I ended up buying a Specialized bike for over $4,000 and took the opportunity to have another bike repaired for $600. It was quite a high total amount. So I asked for a discount, but after 30 minutes of discussion, I got nothing. I think that's a shame... The mountain bike I bought didn't even have pedals. Just bought my son his second Trek mountain bike from Fresh Air Kelowna, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Austin and Jonny were incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We ended up choosing the bike close to the end of the day, and they still went above and beyond to get the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) completed so we could take it home the same day.
