Great collection of bike and friendly staff!
This store is awesome! I had a flat tire on my trike, Jonny picked it up and it was fixed so quickly! The price to fix it was more than reasonable and I’m so grateful for their kindness and great service! It’s so nice to deal with a business, especially Jonny who was very pleasant, especially in these times! Totally would recommend Fresh Air Experience
We came in just browsing at pedal assist bikes and Johnny was there to greet us, ask us what we were looking for and our biking goals. With that he showed us two that he recommended. We set up a day to try a few out at the Dillworth store where he would be. Johnny was kind, and there was no pressure which is always refreshing!! We settled on the Electra townie 2026….. Took my daughter's bike here because the front suspension was seized up. Young guy at the front desk said there was nothing that could be done because I bought the bike elsewhere, the suspension wasn't serviceable and I had to buy a new fork from them. Took the bike to Cycle Path on Springfield - also not where the bike was bought from. They said they would clean and lubricate the fork and $68 later the suspension was as good as new. Won't be back to Fresh Air again!
Riding from Vancouver to Calgary and needed some gear aligning. Mechanic stopped what he was doing to help me out. On my way in 45 min. Excellent service, friendly staff, good price.
