Just bought my son his second Trek mountain bike from Fresh Air Kelowna, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Austin and Jonny were incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We ended up choosing the bike close to the end of the day, and they still went above and beyond to get the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) completed so we could take it home the same day. This store is awesome! I had a flat tire on my trike, Jonny picked it up and it was fixed so quickly! The price to fix it was more than reasonable and I’m so grateful for their kindness and great service! It’s so nice to deal with a business, especially Jonny who was very pleasant, especially in these times! Totally would recommend Fresh Air Experience
We came in just browsing at pedal assist bikes and Johnny was there to greet us, ask us what we were looking for and our biking goals. With that he showed us two that he recommended. We set up a day to try a few out at the Dillworth store where he would be. Johnny was kind, and there was no pressure which is always refreshing!! We settled on the Electra townie 2026…..
