I am SO impressed with customer service (Ben). I ran around to different bike shops in spokane with no help. Called another place in CDA and I got “I don’t know” responses to my questions. I called fresh air bikes and Ben went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful! Thanks guys!!
Great bike shop, very knowlegdable staff, family owned and operated and you can also grab a beer or brat while you shop!

This is a great local business way easier than ordering online, they are very knowledgeable, more interrsted in our needs than just selling a bike! They even delivered our bikes and the young man who delivered them was awesome! He was super friendly and very polite! Highly recommend them!!!
