Such an awful experience even before I can book a service! I purchased a Groupon for this company. It only states that an appointment/ reservation is needed to book and that you can call, text, or email to book. I called and no one answered. Called again to leave a voicemail, as it says you can ....but no you can't. The mail box is full. Next I tried to text the same number as it again states is n option.
