I highly recommend Frequency Massage. Shannon is a very skilled massage therapist, and very personable to talk to. I don't want a massage that will leave me feeling beat up. She is great at communicating and making sure the pressure is what you want. My favorite part of the massage is when she does my feet at the end. I swear that when I stand up afterwards, more of my foot touches the floor than usual, because my foot muscles are so relaxed, they spread out. Sounds weird, but it feels amazing! Shannon is the best massage therapist in the midwest. So wonderful in fact, that Hours are traveled between us so that I can feel the sweet relief of pain that she offers! She is professional, caring, strong, and intuitive. She is never put off by a million questions, and she’d rather heal you than ask you to come to endless appointments just for her own financial gain. If there were more stars to give her, she’d deserve them all
