It was delightful to meet Alissa and Betina at Frequency Hearing. I had been diagnosed with a hearing problem in my left ear and the clinician that first did testing recommended Frequency Hearing in Beaumont, Alberta, where I live. Very professional
If you need hearing aids this is the place to go. I received a very comprehensive hearing test, they checked into my work history with me and recommended putting a claim to WCB. Awesome service all the way around. Thank You Alissa and Betina for all your help. Follow up after receiving the aids has been excellent.
