In the beginning I was slightly concerned about ordering a bookcase online. In the end it was the best decision I could have made. Fantastic product and such great customer service and support. Great communication from Marcelo kept me updated on the progress of my order at all times. Delivered and brought right inside to the room by super friendly and helpful delivery guys. I highly recommended this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Disappointing with the lack of communication. The furniture piece itself is beautiful however after two years of owning our table we have a burn mark. We asked if they could advise the name of the lacquer so we could repair it to which we were told they could send out a repair kit to us for a fee - which we very happy with. I initially asked how to make payment for the repair kit 09/09 to which we were told they have to see if they stock - to this day after multiple emails we haven’t heard back about the repair kit.
