This is a mixed review because the guy was very nice and helpful. When the furniture arrived it was great. The prices were fair, and the delivery guys were fantastically helpful . However, we ordered in late August and were told two months to deliver. That was fine, except it was delivered yesterday… late January. Not two month’s but five months!! Bought the Riviera Hampton and could not be happier, very good furniture, easy assembly and the team support was fantastic.
I ordered the Parker Black Desk from French Place. I had a custom hole put into the desk as well for Computer Cords. The service was absolutley fabulous. Communication was excellent, even when my order was slightly delayed. I was kept up to date the entire time. The quality of my desk is amazing and GREAT value for money spent. Would highly recommend, and would love to order more Furniture in future !!
Just received our Regency Hamptons chairs in black and love them!! They look great, quality is great and although they took a bit longer then expected i was kept up to date with what was happening and service was great. Would definitely recommend these dining chairs. I am recovering them in a floral fabric to go in our house. 😉😆
French Place was a pleasure to deal with and communication was exceptional. Absolutely beautiful dining table. Well worth the wait!
