Ordered a cushion that looked good online, only to discover the fabric quality was poor - no problem - initiate a return. French Knot charges $22.00 for a return item. Since the decorative pillow was $39 plus postage, it's hardly worth the effort.
I recently purchased the Isabella Blue Hydrangea canvas print and it is stunning! This would greatly enhance any room and will take pride of place in my living room. I have already secured more items from French Knot Home, making this my new go-to home store. Thank you so much for the beautiful artwork, fast and efficient delivery and great customer service.
I love love love this place. Everything there is so beautiful and always difficult to choose from. Everyone there are so lovely and helpful. My only complaint - I picked up an order a few weeks ago and it had 2 items missing and despite repeated attempts to email I have not had a response. I am very surprised as I've had no issues before. I have bought from them several times and always been very happy.

I do not recommend this item. Poorly constructed, screw holes do not aline.. Screws do not fix thru holes, Willow Bird Paper Towel holder. Item code...250-KA3513. I needed to apply thin stainless steel wire to fix and hold the screw holes together, Disappointed in this purchase. Poor quality. Leonie Hamersley 15/1/26.
