I ordered the 6-piece Rococo bedroom set in antique white, and I am beyond pleased with our furniture. I placed my order on October 14, 2023 and it arrived on July 16, 2024, so it took 10 months. Just be prepared for a wait for the delivery to be scheduled. The white glove delivery service brought everything into our home, assembled it for us, placed it where we wanted, and took away all the packaging so there were no giant boxes or mess left behind. French Country Furniture was the only place that I could find this beautiful table and I was beyond happy to know I could have the piece I wanted! They even customized this piece for size to fit my space perfectly. Working with Gloria was wonderful. She helped me with sizing and always updated me on production and delivery. LIES LIES LIES... it will be there this date and then nothing. and then another date and another.. i ordered a vanity and she forgot to send it.... the measurement for the bed is wrong... i wanted a full and they sent me a queen... the quality is questionable as well.. nice solid wood, but you can tell it was made in India.... not Ethan Allen quality. I contacted Gloria in late 2020 about making some window treatments. We discussed everything thoroughly and came to an agreement to make window treatments for loving room, along with a window seat for the kitchen. The cost was approximately $2,700. Conversations ended on September 10, 2021 with Gloria promising the purchase would be shipped the next week. I have never received those items and it is June 2024. Attached are the last two text messages we had. All I can say is Buyer Beware.
Gloria is a great communicator and very responsive. She took the time to help me design and customize this beautiful bedroom set. It looks exactly like the pictures on the site! The installation service was white glove. They were very professional, polite and efficient. I highly recommend French Custom Furniture. Some patience is needed as most of the pieces ship from overseas but you won’t regret it!
