The staff were wonderful. My esthetician was amazing!! I had a facial and back facial done. Management is stellar!! I would highly recommend this facility.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They make it difficult to cancel. I wanted to cancel my membership and the staff made me wait while they helped another customer.
Don’t even go here. They make you sign contract and your card keeps charging. Even if you want to cancel there is mandatory time period that stops you cancelling the contract. People here at Fremont are rude and mean.
