I have been banking here, going on 8 years. However recently the service and perks are slowing becoming worse and worse. I had fraudulent charges on my account, they turned off my debt card without notifying me. I was directed to a 800 number which was absouabsol awful and offered no resolution to the problem. Went in and spoke to a teller about the issue, they told me my card had been deactivated and they ordered me a new one.
