As a member of a different CU, I stopped in to use the ATM. I asked for $100, and it gave me a $100 bill. Really? Went inside, with my receipt, to get change (5x$20), and they totally refused. I had to drive all the way home to my own CU. Fast food places will not take $100 bills. Very unnecessary lack of simple customer service, giving change. I will not ever go there again. Wouldn't want to bother a fellow CU. Reciprocal service it was not. The Port Clinton office near Walmart.
Had an awesome experience with Kameron who printed a whole bunch of statements and did a lot of tedious work for me. Great place to bank!
Employees always nice and say hello by my name.
Has terrible customer service. My loans are always screwed up because they can't seem to put the payments in correctly.
