Worst customer service at the front. Bitter older ladies. Not friendly at all. They probably did this job for so long that they need to retire. I'm finally just gonna switch banks.Tired of dreading, going into that bank. That's three customers they just lost today..
Call and they said you do not need an appointment to open an account. They said that was call center and you do. Noone would see us because there were appointments over phone but noone in the branch had customers. Currently waiting b For compliance to approve minor checks that are deposited for the next 10+ years. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND. 3 checks from courts need co planned to approve to deposit and we have been waiting here 30 minutes with no answers. In a empty branch.
I’ve been a member here for years. I highly recommend this branch. Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant to deal with.
Wonderful experience at the Woodville branch! Mary Paul is an absolute pleasure to work with! She answered all my questions and communicated with me in a timely manner. If you need any financial help or just to open a checking/ savings account I highly recommend reaching out to her personally! :)
