I have dealt with many banks and this one is the best. I love the checking and savings account options, as well as the interest rates for an average Joe like me. Plus, the associates are all very helpful and smiling.

Customer service point blank not very good. Better than the Fremont office but not by much. Do yourself a favor if your looking for a credit union Fremont federal isn’t the one. They will run you around waste your time. I question their professionalism as well. Overall after dealing with more than one branch of ferment federal I don’t recommend at all by far any of their services
