This is a great bank, not too big, excellent rates and services. The antidote to the giant impersonal ones. Other reviewers should rethink their negative comments (and perhaps try proofreading what they say).
Not sure what IT kook decided to reset all the passwords and the only way to do it is to call and be on hold for an hour waiting for a loan person to verify you....no one helped, on hold for way too long just to get year end tax doc. for mortgage interest.
I've been with this bank for about 3 years and I really appreciate the helpful service they offer. They are extremely friendly and will help you with any question or problem you have. I really trust Fremont Bank Lending Office and I have no complaints. I just opened a credit card and that was so fast and easy that I'd recommend them to everyone.
