Please be careful when you apply for a loan or make a refinance on your house. 4 months ago they have committed to close my refinance within 30-45 days, but it’s been 136 days already and they don’t want to return my $395.00 processing fee. Make sure to get everything in writing when you speak to your lender. I have already contacted bureau of finance and they told me to file a claim to complaint against them.
fremont bank Fremont Bank is a nice community bank. They are friendly and I trust them with my money. They don't have the best interest rates, unless you have a large balance. they also waive atm fees, since they don't have a lot of atms (unless in fremont) but only with 1500 balance. not a lot of fees like bigger banks.
