Outstanding customer service! The staff at Fremont Bank, especially at this branch, go above and beyond what traditional banks offer. They genuinely value their clients, and we’ve never experienced this level of care and attention anywhere else. Maricel and Jimmy have been incredibly helpful, which inspired us to move all our banking needs to Fremont Bank!
Had to handle some business with Steven, so here I am. He's one of the associates at Fremont Bank, who helps me during my visits there. After my business was handled, I had that feeling I had to use the restroom real fast. We all know how 'restroom issues' can be, in San Francisco. Ok?
