Outstanding customer service! The staff at Fremont Bank, especially at this branch, go above and beyond what traditional banks offer. They genuinely value their clients, and we’ve never experienced this level of care and attention anywhere else. Maricel and Jimmy have been incredibly helpful, which inspired us to move all our banking needs to Fremont Bank!
Had to handle some business with Steven, so here I am. He's one of the associates at Fremont Bank, who helps me during my visits there. After my business was handled, I had that feeling I had to use the restroom real fast. We all know how 'restroom issues' can be, in San Francisco. Ok? The last time I was at this branch, the two man staff was kind enough to let me use their restroom. I really appreciate it. It seems the older I get the more I have to use a urinal. No communication between the branch and their online call center. Wasted my time coming here at the direction of the call center, and the bankers didn’t know what I was talking about.
