I am so pleased with their service! Janie and her staff have provided me with excellent customer service, great communication and reasonable pricing. Tax time is very stressful for us all and they helped ease my pain. They have also been available to assist me mid-year at no additional charge with a few unexpected forms.
Janie has been doing my taxes for several years now. Even when I was working in 2 states She is always happy and upbeat but very professional as well. She takes the time to explain everything throughly to me. I’m living full time in Yuma Az and still have Janie do my taxes I know she has my best interest at heart
They got so many awards, best tax preparation in town, false claim. Janie was fast and quick and costed me 3,000+penalty. I would not recommend this place. Plus they take a long time to get back to you. You trust them but screwed you up good.
