Do Not Let Richard do your taxes if you need professional help! He ran my husband & I for $700, lied about my husband's return & didn't even file my taxes due to "something went wrong"!? And oh how HE ENJOYED BELITTLING ME over that. Than proceeds to tell me how I needed to fix "my" mistakes that hindered his job. That the IRS thinks I'm committing identity fraud!
