I used their services recently when returning to Jamaica. They were courteous and professional in their manner dealing with me. The service provided was exactly what I was looking for and I’m pleased with the outcome and glad I did business with them. Shipment was almost 2 months late. Was not told that there would be an additional fee of $18,000jmd "Brokerage fee" to collect my items and then still have to sit at the port all day to clear the items myself and pay all applicable taxes, customs, port fees as well. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Please stay away from this shipping company. My barrels were shipped through them from Alberta & even though the company in Alberta has proof that they received the shipment, 3 months later and my barrels are still not in Jamaica. Not to mention their blatant disrespectful behavior when you call to enquire about your items. This man told me numerous times that the shipment is in Jamaica & even a month later the recipients still had not received their goods.
