Sitting in a dock about an hour away from pick up location went on the load board to find Mr. Paul when I called Mr. Paul The load was posted at $700. Mr. Paul told me the best he can do is $650 until I told him it was posted at $700 so then Mr. Paul told me was $700 is the best I could do ready to move. Be aware they don’t pay detention just excuses. Specially when you run Room to go warehouse load. Manager Nick all the time said we working on it after 1 week they said sorry we can’t pay detention.

Disaster of a first time experience loading with Freight One. Horrendous communication between their dispatchers and our drivers. They committed to paying a schedule delay fee and stiffed our company for a flat rate instead. Would not advise any logistics providers to take a load from Freight One until you have your full rate signed in ink. We were foolish to take this broker at their word, won't happen again.
