Still waiting on photos and the ones that we sent unable to access. They were sent via apple phone, don’t have an apple device to access. They were nice but I want my pictures, they were the last pictures of my father in law and dad.

If I could leave a zero review, I would and that is what they earned. This company is a total disappointment. we hired two photographers, drone..rhe full package. Two non experienced photographers showed up, and out of over 500 pictures taken we don’t even have 20. This was last September and they said they could edit but so far we have zilch. This place. is 100% SCAM’, don’t trust your memories to them and be heartbroken.

We paid this company 50% down and they no showed for our event. Do not use! And his excuses below are lies. His comments below may or may not be true but he never called, never let us know any of this happened and we did call to confirm and called him ten minutes before our event. Do. Not. Use.

I received a family photo session as a gift. The purchaser was informed that it had to be paid in full which they did but our session was cancelled several times by Freezing moments at last notice, after everyone had even arrived. No refund has been given and they don't respond to phone calls or emails
