I love freewheel, I received super helpful service buying my first nice mountain bike 20 years ago. I recently moved back to the area after 15 years away. I returned to freewheel for some parts and service, they are still providing personal service, helping me set up my bike for another 20 years. :)
Vince and his crew are so polite and respectful. With over 35 years of experience, he walked me through every detail of my new bike, super patiently. They even found a problem with the brakes I didn’t know about, handled it under warranty, and replaced them to make sure the bike rides its best. Amazingly ethical and professional—highly recommend.
