Huge shoutout to Freewheel Cycle and especially to Logan! We rolled in 20 minutes before closing (not from the area and got stuck in traffic ), but Logan couldn’t have been more helpful or patient. He took the time to help me find the perfect bike, answered all my questions straight to the point, and let me try out a ton of options until I felt confident in my choice. He even helped load it up at the end. What could’ve been a stressful experience was totally easy peasy thanks to him. We’ll definitely be back!
Bought a gravel bike from freewheel and just recently took it in for a free tune-up. They had it ready the next day!
Just bought a new bike and needed minor adjustments after a few hours of riding. Staff were fast friendly and went beyond expectations to make sure I was satisfied. While my bike was being adjusted, I noticed other customers with wide-ranging issues were promptly dealt with and offered solution options that would meet their needs.
