Wow a great service tech who is honest and nice...bought a Lectric trike online and they recommended I call him for the 100 mile service check...showed up exactly when he said serviced the trike and gladly answered all my newbie e- bike owner questions. Very fair pricing and an extremely professional service tech. I'll be calling on them from now on.
Chris Holmes is the best. Free Wheel Bikes will come to you to service your bike or e-bike. Never any pressure and a very honest. He will meet your needs and provide the best service. Local shop, local resident and community involved. He also is a certified VELOTRIC dealer. You can't get a better brand with the quality and service at the price of other brands double the price. BTW...Velotric is UL certified both bike and battery. Not many companies can boost about that.

I had a horrible online experience with a brand new E-Bike that I purchased online, it doesn’t run! (long story) I decided to look at other e-bikes. Went into a few well known bike stores, to look at bikes and explain my situation, only to be disappointed by the lack of knowledge some employees, exhibited, and how impersonal my whole experience with them.
