I was disappointed in the cost of service. We paid $350 to have tires replaced on two adult bikes, then paid an additional $500 for repair on our child's bike and tune ups for our bikes. I don't feel like these costs were communicated to us up front. They also did a poor job communicating when the bikes were ready to be picked up. In addition, we brought our bikes in July 12 and were told to bring them back in on August 5 for repairs. There were no reminder calls or texts about the August 5th appt.
