I purchased a bike here back in July, and their staff was incredibly friendly and non-pushy. They allowed me to test ride the bike, and I instantly fell in love with it. I returned for the 100-mile adjustment and also bought a few additional accessories. I highly recommend signing up for their fanatic program.
Went in to buy some gloves for a birthday present. No more then 10 feet I'm greeted and direct to the proper kiosk. Plus they were all pleasant in doing so. What up with that. Makes me want to come back. Jeepers
