I had my fork replaced here. When I dropped off my bike I found the workers to be quite cold and unfriendly - almost like I was bothering them with my request. Picking up the bike I was met with more kindness than drop off but nothing too special. Overall it seems they do their job but you could probably find a bike shop that is kinder to its customers.
Freewheel Bike Minnetonka is a welcoming place with staff who are willing to help educate a newbie. i spent 3+ hours talking with Danny, asking questions and getting lots of great information. He was more than happy to answer my questions and was able to speak from plenty of real-world experience. i left with a better understanding of bicycles, bike maintenance, accessories, customization options and my new bike!
Had a basic problem with my new bike and they snuck me in before close. Super happy with their service. Hope to be back soon.
