Unique, in my experience I've worked with them for four years now... not a pretty time for investments, but they've done better than others. They have a mix of portfolios that they manage with their internal team and others managed by outside experts. Probably strongest on alternative investments, which was why I was steered toward them in the first place. freestone Yes, customer service has not been great. The lower level admin staff are fine but the account managers and higher, definite issues. Which would be OK if their investment returns were better than average. but I have not found that to be the case.
Very good financial advisor I have not worked with Freestone...but they are regarded as amongst the best in the city. They're not particularly great at customer service but they're performance is tough to beat in the city. Very good --- from what I know.
