Nightmare Experience - put my affairs in serious jeopardy - charged exorbitant fees and after three weeks the job was not done. No refund was given, not even an apology. Use Capitol Process Services instead.
Terrible experience! The first thing I ask was not to bring attention to this because the Defendant would most likely relocate. And the server on his first try went to front desk of the hotel and asked for the Defendant's information, potentially alerting her to the situation. Besides this when I called for a status update, he was very rude and stated he had until the 14th, then I get the report the next day after my call on the 12th. Needless to say the paperwork was never served. I do not recommend.
