This is my local branch and I called them because I lost a check a couple months ago, before I enlisted in the military. I was connected to Tracie Barnes and she was able to help me out by emailing me a form for the Declaration of a Loss Check. She even thanked me for my military service which I appreciated. 10/10 customer support/service!
Today I was told that Shelby branch no longer had teller services available inside the branch. When I tried to use the outside teller machine every other word was static and impossible to understand anything. Which is an ongoing problem at these machines. The transaction i was trying to complete could not be done. So I could not get my cash at this branch.
