Great service, friendly staff
Shut this place down
They put a hard inquiry on my credit just to open a checking account. They didnt tell me anything about it. They also told me I would receive rewards for having a certain amount of money in my account and when I didnt receive the rewards, they told me its because I have to use my card 15+ times a month. You would have to buy something every other day, and I don't spend my money like that. I am closing my account but I still have to wait 2 years for this inquiry to drop. This is my local branch and I called them because I lost a check a couple months ago, before I enlisted in the military. I was connected to Tracie Barnes and she was able to help me out by emailing me a form for the Declaration of a Loss Check. She even thanked me for my military service which I appreciated. 10/10 customer support/service!
Today I was told that Shelby branch no longer had teller services available inside the branch. When I tried to use the outside teller machine every other word was static and impossible to understand anything. Which is an ongoing problem at these machines. The transaction i was trying to complete could not be done. So I could not get my cash at this branch.
