The staff at this branch of FreeStar Financial Credit Union have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most recently Julie Misajlovic helped me and my brother out with several complex transactions and responded immediately with my urgent request. It was clear she really cared to help us out when we needed a time sensitive transaction.
Freestar is a fantastic credit union who look out for their members and provides a full range of services. All of their staff are top notch
Ok Credit Union but I would steer clear if you are a min wage worker. If you make a purchase it will not show as Pending then later when you think everything has cleared they will charge you multiple overdraft fees until the account is back into positive. My account showed money and then they charged an overdraft of 25.00 to put me at negative $2.00 which proves there was money in the account to cover the charge.
Have been with Freestar for 8 months. Never been able to create a sign on for web services their 24 Hr helpline is useless as they ask for the account number but the statement does not show the account number. Have to call during business hours to get a live person to speak with. Was given the account number once by the representative, but when I call off hours and give my account number, then they ask for the PIN number.
