Refused all serving on my ebike, sounds like they don't even want to touch bikes not purchased at their shop. Wanted to buy new tires and possibly go tubeless, support local, but this local shop doesn't seem to want my business. An online store in another province will now get me as a customer.
My son bought his second bike from Freeride today, he will be customer for life im sure! Great service again 👏 I'd give 10 stars if I could!! The staff were amazing with helping my son find a bike that fit. The owner is always in store to answer any questions! Absolutely an amazing business, highly recommend to anyone in the market for great bikes and outstanding customer service! 👏👏
