Best customer service experience I’ve had from any company- specifically on warranty processing. The freeride team went above and beyond to make sure I was covered within the warranty period and coordinated seamlessly with the distributor. Would recommend this board shop without hesitation.

I purchased a pair of brand new pair Dragon PVX2 goggles a year ago. After opening the box and trying them on, I noticed the lenses were not being held into the frame along the bottom and around the nose. I brought them back to the shop where I bought them and upon inspection, the retail associate determined they were faulty, the lower clips were broken, and needed to be warrantied.
