Dr. J and her team are incredible. They are doing something really special at Freeman East Rehab. They genuinely care, not just for the patient but also for the family. They want the family here and offer a bed and meals. They have a morning huddle so everyone, the doctors, nurses, nurses assts, PTs, and OTs are up-to-date and on the same page.
