My husband and I hired Krystaly Koch to represent us in a property damage case. She did an outstanding job. An attorney there sent me a cease and desist letter. The attorney stated "All communication to be done through her". I sent proof to disclaim her clients claims. They say they resolve disputes however not responding doesn't seem like that is the case. I sent 2 emails to try and resolve issues, yet no response🤔. I've been more than fair. I can't help people have zero integrity these days. So tell me I have followed her letter and not contacted her client yet she doesn't respond.
