This is sadly a firm on decline. It has lost two of its named partners in as many years. The firm takes on more cases than it can responsibly manage, then makes excuses for unforced errors and unnecessary delays. Because this is a high-volume, low-attention firm, the attorneys are always in hearings and depositions, leaving under-qualified, overworked support staff to do the work of licensed professionals.
