Staff was great and prices were real good compared to other bike shops. If your on the Rabbit Trail or in the area, I would suggest stopping in and see what they have.
I needed routine maintenance on my road bike and while I was there I chatted up Benjy (the shop's owner) about problems I was having with fatigue and pain on longer rides. As for the maintenance, my bike got a thorough inspection, with shifting dialed in and a new chain, for a very fair price. As for the fatigue/pain issues, Benjy suggested that I begin by trying a different stem. We'll see how that works and whether we need to try any additional tweaks. Great place to park if you have your own bikes or you want to ride or walk the swap rabbit trail.
I haven't bought a bike from them yet, but I'm going to. I went in just to look and was helped by Benji. He put me on a few bikes and made sure he put me on the best ones for me, not just what he wanted to sell. I'm looking forward to getting back in there and actually making a purchase from them.
