I sat with Hilary B. De La Mothe and she assisted me to set up funds for my grandchildren. It was so easy and quick to do. I'm glad she advised me in the right direction. Very kind woman who explained every type of funding plan I can do until I picked the one for me.
Horrendous customer service. It takes an entire month to get a new debit card since my current one is not working... OR I can pay $80 to get it in TWO WEEKS? This is ridiculous, not to mention the account limit per day, and the same amount for the weekend limit that entails Friday, Saturday & Sunday...? Will be gladly leaving this establishment after numerous arguments and getting absolutely no where!
