Josh at Freeheel life went above and beyond to find parts to help me replace and repair some old mounting plates and risers on my wife’s telemark skis. Truly, outstanding customer service!
Love working with Josh and Freeheel life. I had a great boot fitting experience in the old store and in 2025 called upon Josh's consulting and set up service to help me switch completing over to all NTN equipment. There was a problem with shipping (completely UPS' fault) and Josh went above and beyond and lent me some of his equipment so I could have a great ski trip in SLC. His follow up and passion and pretty remarkable. I am a Freeheel Life customer for life!
The one on one Telephone converstation with Mr. Josh M. was very useful as he was able to use his wealth of knowledge to help me better understand what is going to take to move from Resort telemark skiing to more backcountry deeper snow telemark. We went over a couple of setups and then we locked in the best idea considering my age and ability.
