Dr. Claire Kopko works with our son who has high functioning autism and low muscle tone. Claire reads our son's initial level of engagement very well and knows how to get him to perform at his best! She's quick to laugh at his jokes, but she keeps him focused on his exercise routine. Claire makes our son's weekly appointments fun, yet challenging. I had the opportunity to work with Claire from two different points of view. I worked closely with her as a pediatric chronic pain physician, and I was always amazed by her intrinsic knowledge of the body and its mechanics. If I ever had a difficult case, Claire was my go-to person. She is by far the best PT I have worked with, and when I injured my back, of course I went to the best to help me! Freeform Physical Therapy is Fantastic! We participate online with much ease and guidance. Dr. Kopko is very interactive with my son. Our physical therapy sessions are worthwhile, fun, educational and successful. My son continues to gain strength and success each time we participate. Dr. Kopko is always using various objects we have at home to help with therapy.
Dr. Claire Kopko provided customized exercises that were effective and time efficient. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to correctly perform each exercise to expedite my recovery!
Claire is wonderful. In the past, physical therapy had me feeling frustrated because the routines I would be given by previous therapists were often huge packets and not a lot of instruction or feedback on whether I was doing them right. When I did the math these routines were also over an hour and a half per day of exercises if I did them correctly (which is a lot because my leg/hip issues are chronic--I would have had to do these routines most days for the rest of my life to keep the issues under control).
