I'm a long distance runner and was having some tightness in my calves and so was looking for a sports massage to help recover. This was the perfect place. Mark had the perfect level of firmness and did a great job on the areas I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Mark is more than just a massage therapist. He is very intuitive and skilled in body work , finding adhesions, trigger points and blockages . I’ve had 2 sessions and have made significant progress in pain relief and mobility ! I plan to continue with his help !
