WORST customer service EVER! Filed a claim on the 5 year warranty we bought when we bought our furniture in 2011. August 4, 2014, we filed a claim. It is 10/18/14 and it's still not fixed. Our mechanism broke on our recliner. Have made several calls to Freed's to get the same story " Sorry, the ship hasn't sailed from China, and won't until they have a full container". He has went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am fully serviced and happy with my experience and purchases made at the Arlington store.
