I always enjoy going in and seeing the staff at the bank. They do a great job and are always willing to help answer my questions. I enjoy getting to chat with the ladies at the desk. They do a great job at this bank!
Literally the worst bank rude staff. They shut your card off while you try to pay bills and when you call them and explain "oh that's too bad you're gonna have to wait"
I've dealt with a lot of banks, large and small during my career. Freedom bank is the perfect small town bank! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they really aim to please. I very much recommend them!
