Stopped in without an intention to buy anything. We were ‘just looking’ at beds. After wandering around for a little bit we were greeted by Clive. He is an excellent sales person. The perfect balance of being available for questions but giving space to my husband and I to stroll. With his help we found a new dinning table and lounge suite to buy. So impressed by Clive we will return to shop here again.
I have had such a good experience with freedom windsor and working with Grace the interior designer. Easy to communicate with and most importantly my stock came so quick!! It was paid and then delivered within days. The delivery guys Pete & Will called up to let me know they were 45 mins ahead of time. And when they arrived they unpacked in the truck so not to let me deal with the mess, plastic, box, and then brought it right up to the location spot in the living room. I didn't have to do a thing.
Note, this isn't for the Windsor store as such, but the entire company. I am beyond frustrated with Freedom's online exclusives team. I purchased the Petare sofabed in January, and after finally trying it out, it was ridiculously uncomfortable. The top third of the mattress has barely 1cm of padding—you’re literally sleeping on a pinewood base. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a product that cost me nearly $1k. Accompanied my daughter to buy her first sofa. Tracey Boyer helped her with diligence and thoroughness, and would not even take the money until it had been verified that the sofa would fit in the lifts and doorways of the new apartment. Getting attentive, respectful, personable duty of care is so refreshing, and honestly, this is how you build brand loyalty.
