The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist with what I was looking for and offered alternate suggestions. Highly recommend

Stopped in without an intention to buy anything. We were ‘just looking’ at beds. After wandering around for a little bit we were greeted by Clive. He is an excellent sales person. The perfect balance of being available for questions but giving space to my husband and I to stroll. With his help we found a new dinning table and lounge suite to buy. So impressed by Clive we will return to shop here again.
I have had such a good experience with freedom windsor and working with Grace the interior designer. Easy to communicate with and most importantly my stock came so quick!! It was paid and then delivered within days. The delivery guys Pete & Will called up to let me know they were 45 mins ahead of time. And when they arrived they unpacked in the truck so not to let me deal with the mess, plastic, box, and then brought it right up to the location spot in the living room. I didn't have to do a thing.
